Payments

How does a payment work?

When a merchant creates an invoice, Tranzo generates a payment page. The customer sends the requested cryptocurrency, and Tranzo automatically verifies incoming transactions.

Can customers pay an invoice in multiple transactions?

Yes. Customers can complete an invoice through multiple payments. The invoice status will automatically update as funds are received.

When is an invoice marked as successful?

An invoice is marked as successful only when the full invoice amount has been received.

What happens if a customer underpays?

Partial payments are accepted and credited toward the invoice. However, the invoice remains unpaid until the remaining balance is received.

What happens if a customer overpays?

Overpayments are accepted and credited to the merchant. The full amount received will be available for settlement.

Are underpayments and overpayments included in settlement balances?

Yes. Any cryptocurrency received for an invoice, whether underpaid or overpaid, belongs to the merchant and can be settled to the merchant's wallet.

When will I receive payment notifications?

Merchants are notified when an invoice has been fully paid and reaches the successful status.

How long does payment confirmation take?

Confirmation times depend on the blockchain network. Most TON transactions are confirmed within seconds.

Can a payment be canceled?

Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible once confirmed on the network.

What happens if a customer sends funds to the wrong address?

Blockchain transactions cannot usually be reversed. Customers should carefully verify payment details before sending funds.

Where are received payments sent?

Payments are settled to the wallet address configured by the merchant.

How do settlements work?

Can I manage multiple businesses with one Tranzo account?

Yes. A single Tranzo account can manage multiple businesses. Each business has its own settings, payment links, invoices, settlement wallet, and reporting, allowing you to operate multiple projects from one account.

Do you support Google Sign-In?

Yes. Google OAuth is currently supported.

Will other login methods be supported?

Yes. Support for Telegram and X (formerly Twitter) authentication is planned.

Do I need a password?

No. Since authentication is handled through OAuth providers, Tranzo does not require or store passwords.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Tranzo does not use passwords. If you have trouble accessing your account, please sign in through your connected OAuth provider or contact support.

Can I delete my account?

You may request account deletion by contacting support. Certain information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
